Develop the Change Vision and Strategy
Kotter and Rathgeber (2005) argue that leaders must be able to transmit to followers a strong vision of the future. The loose hierarchy of the Linked:HR culture, however, makes it imperative that such vision be developed by the team. In order to encourage the team to create a collective vision, Dr. Wildermuth might:
- Design a moderation team survey and share the results with the team.
- Write members individually and ask for their vision.
- Invite the team to participate in a virtual visioning exercise.
