Create a New Culture
In a group as fluid and large as Linked:HR change is not accomplished in a matter of months. The group is too large to stay still, too loose to depend on only one strong leader. Instead, Linked:HR needs a large team of leaders who are committed to its success in the long run. Recruiting and training new leaders, therefore, is probably one of Dr. Wildermuth's key ongoing challenges.
